Tell us your story

Through a crazy string of opportunities, failures, adventures, “Oh eff" moments, rock bottom, hard work, focus, will, intuition and magic. I was living a life out of alignment - the one I was told I wanted that looked Insta perfect, but inside I was dying. I took a gamble and left my safe government job, traveled the world, and for about three years, found what truly lit me up. Then I had to face my inner demons and get to a point where I gained the courage to create the life that I wanted to live - no matter what anyone else thought. A lot of this came down to learning about creative development and accessing intuition. When I connected with my heart, it knew exactly what I wanted, I just had to convince my mind to follow. I’ve worked in government, not-for-profit, and private sectors. In health, social justice, advocacy, diversity and inclusion, community engagement, and international development. The whole time wanting to help others, to be of service, but it always felt off. It felt off because I was just missing the mark…I massively value being of service and empowering others, but I wanted to do it my way, so I started my own business…es. I value truth, love, service, creative expression, humour, authenticity, and adventure. My ambitions are to live my highest good and be of service to millions of people all over the world through sharing my gifts. More specifically I want to raise global consciousness through transformational comedy, as well as empower and inspire people to feel safe to express who they are. I teach people to unleash their full potential and build confidence so they can share their epicness with the world.

If you could go back in time, what would you tell your younger self?

You are bloody awesome. Believe in yourself, have the courage to follow your path, and create what lights up your soul. You are not your thoughts and feelings, so observe them but don’t subscribe to them, they will only keep you playing small. Instead, connect with your body and follow the whisper of your heart, it will never let you down. And above everything - choose love over fear. Love yourself. Love others. Love life. It's all perfect.

What does "living freely" mean to you?

Having a meaningful and fulfilling life, aligned with my purpose. It’s waking up and being excited by life and what I’m bringing to it. It’s connecting with like-minded people who nourish my soul. It's celebrating others’ success, being kind, sharing ideas, going on adventures. It's being free to express myself safely and let my weirdo out of the bag, being curious, exploring, and feeling empowered. It’s not allowing my mind to dominate, but rather being the observer of my thoughts and challenging limiting beliefs and stories, to deeply connect with myself. It's following the breadcrumbs to my bliss, and through my journey, sharing wisdom with others so they too can create what they love and live a life that allows them to live their definition of free
